Return Policy

• Audio and video cassettes are non-returnable. Any defective cassette will be promptly replaced when returned with a brief written description of the problem. Multimedia products may be returned in their original unopened package.
• Requests for permission to return books for credit must be made in writing addressed to OSU Foreign Language Publications.
• The invoice that the books were purchased on must be paid in full in order to make returns.
• Credit memos will be issued for 60% of the original invoice price if the books are returned in excellent condition within 120 days of the date of purchase. Credit may be applied to future orders. No cash refunds are permitted. Foreign Language Publications does not issue refund checks under any circumstances.
• Books must be returned postage paid.
